All bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 60 days before departure. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee. 30-89 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: No refund unless covered by travel insurance.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance. Essential Expeditions is not responsible for costs associated with trip cancellation, interruption, or medical emergencies.

Liability

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree that Essential Expeditions shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the expedition.

Force Majeure

Essential Expeditions is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
